# ARTAIS Signal Report (by John Rothe, CMT)
> The ARTAIS Signal Report is a subscription market research publication by John Rothe, CMT, founder of ARTAIS Capital Management. It delivers systematic, rules-based market analysis twice weekly, covering market regime mapping, sector breadth, intermarket analysis, and quantitative sector and stock screening across the Russell 3000 using Ichimoku Cloud, Momentum indicators, and relative strength.
John Rothe has approximately 30 years of experience in financial services, including prior roles at Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer. He founded ARTAIS Capital Management, a registered investment advisor, in 2006.
